Early morning leave for Kandy. Visit Pinnawala ,where you can see elephants bathing at the nearby river.

Thereafter leave for Kandy. Visit the Botanical gardens.

It is renowned for its collections of orchids. The garden includes more than 400 species of plants and trees. The total area of the garden almost 60 hectares and the origin of the garden date as far back as 1371 when king Wickramabahu III ascended throne and kept court here.

Lunch.

After lunch visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Bhikkus of the two chapters of Malwatte and Asgiriya conduct daily worship in the inner chamber of the temple. Rituals are performed three times a day. The golden canopy over the temple built in 1987 and the golden fence which encircle the main shrine are the other notable features.

Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Kandy.

After breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya.

Visit a tea factory and a tea plantation.

On a tea plantation visit you can learn all about tea plucking and tea processing and also enjoy some fine Sri Lankan tea tasting.

Lunch at Nuwara Eliya.

After lunch leave for respective hotel via Hatton and Talawakele.
